I cant thank you guys enough; my copy of Mil 2.2 got corrupted right as I was finishing the game, so it has been bugging me for 15 years now that I was not able to finish it.
Started game with “Normal” Setting.
no resources, no power, nothing. I cant run mines (they shut down if advance by hour), i cant get resources, i cant build even one other mark I generator.
So, apart from researching two first tech, what I am about to do in your remake?
Hello, I ran across this site when seeking a walk through for the original (will the wonders of Google never cease?) anyway, I am a bit of an armature programmer myself and I was wondering what your chosen language was and if the source code is available to the public or at least to be viewed by an individual who has no desire to profit from it. In anycase, great remake. Job well done.
I hope it is now possible to transport habitat – modules to the colonies?!

Habitat modules were implemented the same as they were in the original game.
i keep getting a memory access violation verytime i try to visit one of my ships oberting one of the main planets. i have no prob with their moons. how do i stop it

I’ve just finished this remake. it’s really good, I’ve played it for a long day (expert mode).
There are some bugs:
Pointer problems with my pad-mouse during space animations war or selections for travelling.
I wasn’t able to change Solgen-I on Mercury as the game crashed (Integer 0) poor Mercurians are still using old battery.
Any suggestions:
1- Mars doesn’t colonize or research so it’s simple to win the game.
2- Find Martian ship is boring. Maybe it’s better if this ship crashes on a X-planet still uncolonized so we must colonize and organize a long mineral cycle trainsport from our colonies to build S.I.O.S.
3- Add research labs and factories on our colonies (more nodules for everyone).
4- Make war against our indipendent colonies
5- Adding a final 3D sequence for Earth colonization
6-make game continue after Earth colonization
6- Develop Deuteros Remake based on Martian supposed fleetships.
anyone figured out why the game crashes when trying to land a probe?

i found one bug a couple of days (i’ve just download your game a week ago)
in expert mode, you can colonize mercury and/or venus
when i try to connect a power central (any type of mark), the programm send “integer divide by zero” and stop. So you can’t mine this two planets ans something chromium can only be found here.
